Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using GCFlow, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. GCFlow is provided by GCFlow, Inc.

2. Description of Service

GCFlow is a cloud-based construction management platform for general contractors. The service includes project management, vendor tracking, compliance monitoring, job costing, invoicing, and document storage.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One person or entity may not maintain more than one free trial. You must be at least 18 years old to use GCFlow.

4. Subscription & Billing

GCFlow offers paid subscription plans billed monthly or annually. Prices are per user per month. A 7-day free trial is available for new accounts. After the trial, a paid subscription is required to continue using write features. Payments are processed by Stripe. You can cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Your Data

You own your data. GCFlow does not claim ownership over any content you upload or create on the platform. You grant GCFlow a limited license to store, process, and display your data as necessary to provide the service. You can export your data at any time.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use GCFlow for any illegal purpose, to transmit malware, to infringe on intellectual property rights, or to harass others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

GCFlow is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

You can close your account at any time. We may terminate your account for violations of these terms with notice. Upon termination, your data is retained for 30 days before deletion.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
